Abstract
A memory device comprising: a plurality of memories, a plurality of access units and a controller configured to control data from an access unit according to operation cycle different to another access unit whose form factor is different to that of the access unit.

A memory system comprising:
- a plurality of memory devices;
- a controller configured to control operations of the memory devices;
- and
- a plurality of temperature sensors arranged in the memory devices and the controller, and in any specific peripheral region of the memory devices and the controller, and configured to sense temperature information,
- wherein the controller controls operations of the memory devices in response to the temperature information sensed by the temperature sensors,
- wherein the controller limits a power source to be applied to memory devices, each of which has a temperature higher than a specific temperature, in response to the temperature information,
- wherein the plurality of memory devices are divided into a first region and a second region based on the controller,
- wherein the controller operates a plurality of memory devices for each of the first region and the second region based on the temperature information measured by the temperature sensor and changes operation mode in a region having a temperature higher than a predetermined threshold among the first region and the second region.

- various types of memory devices;
- a plurality of temperature sensors arranged in the memory devices and the controller, and in any specific peripheral region of the memory devices and the controller, and configured to sense temperature information;
- a controller configured to control operation of the memory devices in response to the temperature information sensed by the temperature sensors;
- and
- a storage circuit configured to store characteristic information of the memory devices generated for a channel and an AC parameter set to control the memory devices and generated for the memory devices based on the temperature information.
