Integrated motor drive and integrated heat dissipation system

An integrated heat dissipation system applied to a motor and a motor driver, comprising:

• a frame assembly comprising a first frame and a second frame, wherein the motor is installed on the first frame, and the motor driver is installed on the second frame;
• and
• a heat dissipation assembly, comprising:
• a motor heat exchange pipe embedded in the first frame and located at one side portion of the motor for performing heat exchange with the motor,
• a motor driver heat exchange pipe embedded in the second frame for performing heat exchange with the motor driver, and
• a heat dissipation pipe located at an end portion of the motor and communicated with the motor heat exchange pipe and the motor driver heat exchange pipe,
• wherein the second frame has a protruding portion which forms a heat dissipation element communicated with the motor driver heat exchange pipe and located corresponding to at least a transistor of the motor driver, and which has at least one micro flow channel disposed therein, the at least one micro flow channel has a semicircular cross-sectional shape and is connected to the motor driver heat exchange pipe in parallel along a flow path of the motor driver heat exchange pipe.
