## Abstract

Provided are novel anti-SEZ6 antibodies and antibody drug conjugates, and methods of using such anti-SEZ6 antibodies and antibody drug conjugates to treat cancer.

## Claims

### Claim 1

An anti-human SEZ6 antibody, comprising a heavy chain sequence of SEQ ID NO:3 and a light chain sequence of SEQ ID NO:4.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The antibody of claim 1 wherein the antibody is conjugated to a calicheamicin payload.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The antibody of claim 2 wherein the calicheamicin payload comprises N-Ac calicheamicin.

### Claim 4

A SEZ6 antibody drug conjugate (ADC) having the structure of ADC1:
wherein Ab comprises an anti-human SEZ6 antibody having a heavy chain sequence of SEQ ID NO:3 and a light chain sequence of SEQ ID NO:4, and n is 2.
