## Abstract

The invention provides seed and plants of tomato hybrid DR0147TX and the parent lines thereof. The invention thus relates to the plants, seeds and tissue cultures of tomato hybrid DR0147TX and the parent lines thereof, and to methods for producing a tomato plant produced by crossing such plants with themselves or with another tomato plant, such as a plant of another genotype. The invention further relates to seeds and plants produced by such crossing. The invention further relates to parts of such plants, including the fruit and gametes of such plants.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A tomato plant of tomato hybrid DR0147TX, a sample of seed of said hybrid DR0147TX having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-123284.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

A tomato seed that produces the plant of claim 1.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

A plant part of the plant of claim 1.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The plant part of claim 3, further defined as a leaf, an ovule, pollen, a fruit, a cell, or rootstock.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

A tomato plant having all the physiological and morphological characteristics of the tomato plant of claim 1.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

A tissue culture of regenerable cells of the plant of claim 1, wherein said tissue culture comprises a cell of tomato hybrid DR0147TX.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

The tissue culture according to claim 6, comprising cells or protoplasts from a plant part selected from the group consisting of embryos, meristems, cotyledons, pollen, leaves, anthers, roots, root tips, pistil, flower, seed and stalks.

### Claim 8 (depends on 6)

A tomato plant regenerated from the tissue culture of claim 6, wherein said plant comprises all of the physiological and morphological characteristics of tomato hybrid DR0147TX.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

A method of vegetatively propagating the tomato plant of claim 1, the method comprising the steps of:
(a) collecting tissue capable of being propagated from the plant according to claim 1; and
(b) propagating a tomato plant from said tissue.

### Claim 10 (depends on 1)

A method of producing a tomato plant comprising an added trait, the method comprising introducing a transgene conferring the trait into the plant of claim 1.

### Claim 11 (depends on 10)

A tomato plant produced by the method of claim 10, wherein said plant comprises the trait and otherwise comprises all of the physiological and morphological characteristics of tomato hybrid DR0147TX.

### Claim 12

A tomato plant of tomato hybrid DR0147TX, a sample of seed of said hybrid DR0147TX having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-123284, further comprising a transgene.

### Claim 13 (depends on 12)

The plant of claim 12, wherein the transgene confers a trait selected from the group consisting of male sterility, herbicide tolerance, insect resistance, pest resistance, disease resistance, modified fatty acid metabolism, environmental stress tolerance, modified carbohydrate metabolism and modified protein metabolism.

### Claim 14

A tomato plant of tomato hybrid DR0147TX, a sample of seed of said hybrid DR0147TX having been deposited under ATCC Accession Number PTA-123284, further comprising a single locus conversion.

### Claim 15 (depends on 14)

The plant of claim 14, wherein the single locus conversion confers a trait selected from the group consisting of male sterility, herbicide tolerance, insect resistance, pest resistance, disease resistance, modified fatty acid metabolism, environmental stress tolerance, modified carbohydrate metabolism and modified protein metabolism.

### Claim 16 (depends on 1)

A method for producing a seed of a tomato plant derived from tomato hybrid DR0147TX the method comprising the steps of:
(a) crossing the tomato plant of claim 1 with itself or a second tomato plant; and
(b) allowing seed of a hybrid DR0147TX derived tomato plant to form.

### Claim 17 (depends on 1)

A method of producing a seed of a hybrid DR0147TX derived tomato plant comprising the steps of:
(a) producing a hybrid DR0147TX derived tomato plant from a seed produced by crossing the tomato plant of claim 1 with itself or a second tomato plant and
(b) crossing the hybrid DR0147TX derived tomato plant with itself or a different tomato plant to obtain a seed of a further hybrid DR0147TX derived tomato plant.

### Claim 18 (depends on 17)

The method of claim 17, further comprising producing a tomato plant grown from the seed of said step (b) and crossing said tomato plant with itself or a different tomato plant to produce a seed of a further hybrid DR0147TX derived tomato plant.

### Claim 19 (depends on 1)

A method of producing a tomato fruit, the method comprising:
(a) obtaining the plant according to claim 1, wherein the plant has been cultivated to maturity; and
(b) collecting a tomato fruit from the plant.
