Shaft antenna system for mobile communication

A shaft antenna system for mobile communication comprising:

• a support frame comprising an upper frame side and a lower frame side, and an insertion opening located in a vertical extension of the upper frame side and to which a receiving space is adjacent,
• a cover plate, which closes the insertion opening and the receiving space in the support frame, the cover plate being supported at least indirectly on the support frame in an edge region thereof,
• at least one antenna,
• an antenna housing is provided, into which the at least one antenna is introduced,
• the cover plate comprising a central region having a downwardly pointing surface thereof accounting for at least 60% of an entire downwardly pointing inner surface of the cover plate, the central region being arranged without contact above an upper side of the antenna housing,
• the antenna housing is arranged in the receiving space and an inner side of the cover plate covers the upper side of the antenna housing,
• the antenna housing comprises at least one support apparatus, by means which the antenna housing is retained within the support frame;
• and
• in longitudinal section, at least in the central region, an underside of the cover plate has an indentation or a concave shape, such that the central region is arranged without contact above the upper side of the antenna housing.
