• an anode, a cathode, and an organic light-emitting layer between the anode and the cathode, wherein the organic light-emitting layer comprises a blue light emitting layer, a green light emitting layer and a red light emitting layer, and the blue light emitting layer is arranged between the cathode and the green light emitting layer, and the green light emitting layer is arranged between the blue light emitting layer and the red light emitting layer;
• the blue light emitting layer comprises a blue thermally-activated delayed fluorescent material with a mass percent between 60-80%;
• and
• the green light emitting layer comprises at least one of a green phosphorescent material and a green thermally-activated delayed fluorescent material, and the red light emitting layer comprises at least one of a red phosphorescent material and a red thermally-activated delayed fluorescent material,
