## Abstract

The present invention provides a WT1-derived HLA-DRB1*0405-binding antigen peptide, a polynucleotide encoding said peptide, a helper T cell inducer comprising said peptide or polynucleotide, and the like. It is related to a partial peptide consisting of 10-25 contiguous amino acids in the amino acid sequence of human WT1 shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, which binds to HLA-DRB1*0405 and induces helper T cells, a polynucleotide encoding said peptide, or a helper T cell inducer comprising said peptide or polynucleotide.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A peptide consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 24.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

A pharmaceutical composition which comprises the peptide according to claim 1 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2, which is an inducer of helper T cells.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

A pharmaceutical composition which comprises the peptide according to claim 1 in combination with a cancer antigen peptide set forth in any one of SEQ ID NO: 27 to 45.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

A kit, which comprises the peptide of claim 1, in combination with a cancer antigen peptide set forth in any one of SEQ ID NO: 27 to 25 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
