A conductive polymer dispersion, comprising:
- a conductive composite containing a π-conjugated conductive polymer and a polyanion;
- a vinyl versatate polymer;
- and
- a dispersion medium, wherein
- the vinyl versatate polymer has a vinyl versatate monomer unit, and is free of a monomer unit comprising ethylene.
