• v) region 4 corresponding to amino acids 807 to 846 of SEQ ID NO:2, and
• vi) region 5 corresponding to amino acids 872 to 885 of SEQ ID NO:

• wherein said variant has at least 74% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO:
