Abstract
The disclosure relates to engineered enone reductase polypeptides having improved properties, polynucleotides encoding the engineered polypeptides, related vectors, host cells, and methods for making the engineered enone reductase polypeptides. The disclosure also provides methods of using the engineered enone reductase polypeptides for chemical transformations.
Claims6
An isolated enone reductase polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence that is at least 95% identical to SEQ ID NO:204 and having ketoreductase activity, wherein the amino acid sequence of the enone reductase comprises a residue differences as compared to SEQ ID NO:
- 8 at position 124 wherein substitution at position 124 is G or P, wherein said position is numbered relative to SEQ ID NO:8.
