A fluoromonomer compound, represented by the following Chemical Formula 2:
- wherein in the Chemical Formula 2,
- k is an integer of from 1 to 5.
A fluorooligomer compound, represented by the following Chemical Formula 3:
- wherein in the Chemical Formula 3,
- R1 and R2 are each independently,
- and
- k is an integer of from 1 to 5.
