Proppant dispensing system with vibrating container

A sand distribution system for roadable transport and dispensing of sand for use in a hydraulic fracturing operation at a well site comprising;

• a first proppant container including
• a vertical sidewall section that defines an interior space descending to a hopper portion that tapers towards
• a central discharge opening;
• a gate that covers the central discharge opening,
• the gate being movable between an open position and a closed position for selective discharge of sand through the gate when the gate is in the open position;
• wet sand residing in the proppant container;
• a stand proximate a proppant motive mechanism for transport of the wet sand in support of a hydraulic fracturing operation,
• the stand being constructed with ground-contacting elements for support of the stand and the proppant container,
• the proppant container having dimensions complementary to the stand in an arrangement such that the proppant container may be selectively placed in a position on the stand for support of the proppant container as the wet sand from within the proppant container is being discharged from the proppant container onto the proppant motive mechanism residing at a position beneath the proppant container when the gate is in the open position;
• the proppant container being removable from the position as a discrete unit when the wet sand is discharged from the proppant container;
• and
• a vibrator assembly mounted directly on the stand to produce vibrations that facilitate dispensation of wet sand from the proppant container onto the proppant motive mechanism.
