Physical random access channel enhanced transmission method, network device, and terminal

A method comprising:

• determining a level of a physical random access channel (PRACH) enhanced transmission;
• determining a transmit power of the PRACH enhanced transmission related to the determined level of the PRACH enhanced transmission;
• performing PRACH enhanced transmitting according to the determined transmit power of PRACH enhanced transmission;
• and
• increasing the level of PRACH enhanced transmission by one level in response to the level of the PRACH enhanced transmission being not a highest level and a number of preamble transmission attempt times associated with the level being equal to a maximum number of attempt times associated with the level.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising executable instructions, wherein the executable instructions, when executed by a computer system, cause the computer system to:

• determine a level of a physical random access channel (PRACH) enhanced transmission;
• determine a transmit power of the PRACH enhanced transmission related to the determined level of the PRACH enhanced transmission;
• perform PRACH enhanced transmitting according to the determined transmit power of the PRACH enhanced transmission;
• and
• increase the level of the PRACH enhanced transmission by one level in response to the level of the PRACH enhanced transmission being not a highest level and a number of preamble transmission attempt times associated with the level being equal to a maximum number of attempt times associated with the level.
