Targeted sensation of touch

A system comprising:

• a pair of devices to enable communication between a first person and a second person;
• a body-suit to be worn by the first person, the body-suit comprising one or more actuators configured to convert electrical signals to tactile stimuli and/or electrical stimuli, wherein the body-suit is configured to convey the tactile stimuli and/or the electrical stimuli to a body part of the first person in response to a pressure applied;
• and
• a model replica of the body-suit configured to receive the tactile stimuli and/or the electrical stimuli from the second person for the pressure applied and to convert the tactile stimuli and/or the electrical stimuli into the electrical signals which are conveyed to the body-suit over a network;
• wherein a computing device is configured to modify a physical structure of the model replica to emulate a shape and a feel of a region of the body part of the first person;
• wherein the body-suit is configured to replicate the tactile stimuli and/or the electrical stimuli of the model replica and convey the tactile stimuli and/or the electrical stimuli to the first person;
• and
• wherein the system allows the second person to send a physical sensation of touch remotely to the first person.
