Virtual enhancement of security monitoring

A monitoring system, comprising:

• one or more sensors configured to generate sensor data representing an attribute of a portion of a property;
• a virtual reality headset;
• and
• one or more computers and one or more storage devices storing instructions that are operable, when executed by the one or more computers, to cause the one or more computers to perform operations comprising:
• receiving, from the one or more sensors, the sensor data;
• generating, based on the sensor data, an augmented reality model of the portion of the property;
• providing, to the virtual reality headset, the augmented reality model for display on a user interface of the virtual reality headset to enable a user to view the augmented reality model through the virtual reality headset;
• receiving, from the virtual reality headset, data indicating a user interaction with the augmented reality model;
• and
• in response to receiving, from the virtual reality headset, the data indicating the user interaction with the augmented reality model, performing a monitoring system action.
