Systems and methods for determining the presence and type of an object

A system for identifying the addition of one object into a group of objects, the system comprising:

• a load cell configured to detect a presence of an object;
• a tag reader configured to determine a type of the object;
• and
• a platform communicatively coupled to the load cell and the tag reader,
• a first processor communicatively coupled to the tag reader and the load cell, and
• a computing device comprising a second processor,
• wherein the presence of the object is detected by the load cell when the object is positioned on a face of the platform,
• wherein the type of the object is determined by the tag reader when the object is in physical proximity to the platform,
• wherein the platform comprises a computer-readable medium having non-transitory processor-executable instructions stored thereon wherein execution of the instructions causes the first processor to perform a method comprising:
• receiving an output from one or more of the tag reader and the load cell, wherein the output comprises one or more of the presence of the object and the type of the object wherein the computing device is communicatively coupled to the platform wherein the method performed by the first processor comprises:
• transmitting the output from one or more of the tag reader and the load cell to the computing device,
• wherein the output comprises a real time data feed of a status of the object, and
• wherein the method performed by the second processor further comprises:
• analyzing the real-time data feed of the status of the object, and
• determining one or more of:
• an amount of lapsed time between determining the type of the object and the presence of the object;
• a quality of positioning of the object on the platform;
• and a completion of a challenge.

A system for determining one or more of a presence of an object and a type of the object in a defined area, the system comprising;

• a tag reader configured to determine the type of the object, wherein the object has a known weight, and wherein the object comprises a tag that is readable by the tag reader;
• a load cell configured to detect the presence of the object in the defined area, wherein the load cell detects the known weight of the object in the defined area;
• and
• a platform configured to receive the object,
• a first processor communicatively coupled to the tag reader and the load cell, and
• a computing device comprising a second processor,
• wherein the platform is communicatively coupled to the load cell and the tag reader,
• wherein the presence of the object is detected by the load cell when the object is positioned on the platform,
• wherein the type of the object is determined by the tag reader when the object is in physical proximity to the platform,
• wherein the platform comprises a computer-readable medium having non-transitory-processor-executable instructions stored thereon wherein execution of the instructions causes the first processor to perform a method comprising:
• receiving an output from one or more of the tag reader and the load cell, wherein the output comprises one or more of the presence of the object and the type of the object, wherein the computing device is communicatively coupled to the platform,
• wherein the method performed by the first processor comprises:
• transmitting the output from one or more of the tag reader and the load cell to the computing device,
• wherein the output comprises a real time data feed of a status of the object, and
• wherein the method performed by the second processor further comprises:
• analyzing the real-time data feed of the status of the object, and
• determining one or more of:
• an amount of lapsed time between determining the type of the object and the presence of the object:
• a quality of positioning of the object on the platform;
• and a completion of a challenge.

A game for identifying objects in a stack and updating a digital user experience based on the objects identified in the stack, the game comprising:

• an object of known weight comprising a tag;
• a tag reader configured to determine a type of the object, wherein the tag of the object is readable by the tag reader;
• a load cell configured to detect a presence of the object in a defined area;
• and
• a platform comprising at least one face, the at least one face configured to receive the object,
• a first processor communicatively coupled to the tag reader and the load cell, and
• a computing device comprising a second processor,
• wherein the platform is communicatively coupled to the load cell and the tag reader,
• wherein the presence of the object is detected by the load cell when the object is positioned one the at least one face of the platform,
• wherein the type of the object is determined by the tag reader when the object is in physical proximity to the platform,
• wherein the platform comprises a computer-readable medium having non-transitory processor-executable instructions stored thereon wherein execution of the instructions causes the first processor to perform a method comprising:
• receiving an output from one or more of the tag reader and the load cell, wherein the output comprises one or more of the presence of the object and the type of the object, wherein the computing device is communicatively coupled to the platform, wherein the method performed by the first processor comprises:
• transmitting the output from one or more of the tag reader and the load cell to the computing device,
• wherein the output comprises a real time data feed of a status of the object, and
• wherein the method performed by the second processor further comprises:
• analyzing the real-time data feed of the status of the object, and
• determining one or more of:
• an amount of lapsed time between determining the type of the object and the presence of the object;
• a quality of positioning of the object on the platform;
• and a completion of a challenge.

A method of identifying objects in a stack and displaying the objects in a digital user experience, the method comprising:

• identifying a type of a first object using a tag reader, wherein the first object comprises a tag, and wherein the first object is identified when it is in physical proximity to the tag reader;
• representing the type of the first object in a digital user experience displayed on a display of a computing device, wherein the computing device is communicatively coupled to the tag reader and a load cell;
• receiving the first object on a platform, wherein the platform is communicatively coupled to the tag reader and the load cell;
• detecting, using the load cell, a presence of the first object on the platform;
• receiving, by a first processor, an output from one or more of the tag reader and the load cell, wherein the output comprises one or more of the presence of the object, the type of the object, and a real time data feed of a status of the object;
• transmitting, by the first processor, the output from one or more of the tag reader and the load cell to the computing device;
• analyzing, by a second processor, the real-time data feed of the status of the object;
• determining, by the second processor, one or more of:
• an amount of lapsed time between determining the type of the object and the presence of the object;
• a quality of positioning of the object on the platform;
• and a completion of a challenge;
• and
• updating the digital user experience displayed on the display of the computing device to indicate that the first object was positioned on the platform.
