The present invention relates to crystalline form A of a TLR7 agonist 2-butoxy-7-(4-(pyrrolidin-1-ylmethyl)-benzyl)-5H-pyrrolo[3,2-d]pyrimidin-4-amine (formula I), a method for preparing the crystalline form A, and the use thereof.

A crystal form A of a compound of formula I:
- wherein the crystal form A is characterized by an X-ray powder diffraction pattern having diffraction peaks (2θ) at 5.5°±0.2°, 10.1°±0.2°, 13.8°±0.2°, 16.4°±0.2°, 19.7°±0.2°, 23.7°±0.2°, 24.1°±0.2°, and 27.9°±0.2°.
A crystal form A of a compound of formula I:
- wherein the crystal form A is characterized by an X-ray powder diffraction pattern having diffraction peaks (2θ) at 5.5°±0.2°, 10.1°±0.2°, 13.8°±0.2°, 16.4°±0.2°, 19.7°±0.2°, 23.7°±0.2°, 24.1°±0.2°, and 27.9°±0.2°;
- and further
- wherein the crystal form A has the following cell parameters:
- a=16.560 (3) Å;
- b=10.426 (2) Å;
- c=12.203 (2) Å;
- α=90°;
- β=98.54(3)°;
- γ=90°;
- Space group P21/c;
- and
- Z=4.
