Abstract
The present invention provides a compound of Formula (I) or the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, which are PRMT5 inhibitors.
Claims9
A compound of formula I,
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein
- R1 is hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl, and
- R2 is hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl, or
- R1 and R2, together with the atom to which they are attached, form a C3-6 cycloalkyl ring;
- R3 is halogen or —NHR4;
- R4 is a 5- or 6-membered saturated heterocycle, unsubstituted or substituted with one, two, or three moieties independently selected from the group consisting of C(O)R5 and halogen;
- R5 is C1-4 alkyl;
- and
- R6, R7, R8, and R9, are independently selected from hydrogen, halogen and C1-4 alkyl.
