Coloring composition, dichroic dye compound, light absorption anisotropic film, laminate, and image display device

A coloring composition comprising:

• a dichroic dye compound which has a Hansen solubility parameter of 17.5 or greater and has a structure represented by Formula (2);
• and
• a liquid crystalline compound,
• in Formula (2), A4 represents a divalent aromatic group which may have a substituent,
• in Formula (2), E represents any one of a nitrogen atom, an oxygen atom, and a sulfur atom,
• in Formula (2), R1 represents any one group or atom of a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group which may have a substituent, and an alkoxy group which may have a substituent,
• in Formula (2), R2 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group which may have a substituent,
• in Formula (2), R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent,
• in Formula (2), n represents 0 or 1, in a case where E is a nitrogen atom, n is 1, and in a case where E is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, n is 0, and
• wherein in Formula (2), both L3 and L4 are a crosslinkable group, wherein the crosslinkable group is an acryloyl group or a methacryloyl group.
