## Abstract

The present disclosure describes combination therapies comprising an antagonist of Programmed Death 1 receptor (PD-1) and eribulin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and the use of the combination therapies for the treatment of cancer.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method for treating triple negative breast cancer in an individual comprising administering to the individual a combination therapy which comprises (i) an antagonist of a Programmed Death 1 protein (PD-1), wherein the PD-1 antagonist is pembrolizumab, and (ii) eribulin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the individual is a human.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the triple negative breast cancer is metastatic.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable salt of eribulin is eribulin mesylate.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the eribulin or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is administered at a dose of 1.4 mg/m2, 1.1 mg/m2, or 0.7 mg/m2 on days 1 and 8 of a 21-day cycle, wherein the pembrolizumab is administered at a dose of 200 mg Q3W.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the cancer tests positive for PD-L1 expression by an immunohistochemical assay.
