## Abstract

The present invention discloses novel agents and methods for diagnosis and treatment of melanoma. Also disclosed are related arrays, kits, and screening methods.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method of treating non-small cell lung cancer in a subject in need thereof, the method comprising administering to the subject compound 25, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, one of cisplatin and carboplatin, pemetrexed, and a PD-1 inhibitor in amounts which together are effective, wherein compound 25 is represented as follows

The method of claim 1, wherein the non-small cell lung cancer is resistant to a kinase inhibitor, a PD-1 inhibitor, and/or a PD-L1 inhibitor.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the non-small cell lung cancer progressed on or after treatment with a kinase inhibitor, a PD-1 inhibitor, and/or a PD-L1 inhibitor.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the non-small cell lung cancer has been determined to be, or is predicted to be, resistant to a kinase inhibitor, a PD-1 inhibitor, and/or a PD-L1 inhibitor.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the non-small cell lung cancer is metastatic.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the non-small cell lung cancer has been diagnosed as metastatic.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the effective amount is an amount effective to suppress metastatic progression of the non-small cell lung cancer.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the one of cisplatin and carboplatin is cisplatin.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the one of cisplatin and carboplatin is carboplatin.
