Abstract
A sound absorbing device includes: a plurality of sound absorbing units. A frequency of sound absorbed by at least one of the sound absorbing units overlaps, at least partially, with a frequency of sound with a volume increased by installation of another sound absorbing unit.
Claims7
A sound absorbing device comprising:
- a plurality of sound absorbers including necks forming openings and cavities;
- a sound detector configured to detect a frequency of a sound;
- a driver configured to change lengths of the necks with respect to the cavities;
- and
- a controller configured to control driving of the driver based on a result of detection of the sound by the sound detector.
