A method for producing an antibacterial biological implant, the method comprising subjecting a substrate made of metal material successively to an anodization treatment, an acid treatment, and an iodine treatment to obtain an antibacterial biological implant, the antibacterial biological implant comprising the substrate and an anodized coating provided can the substrate, the anodized coating comprising an iodine-containing layer, wherein a portion of the anodized coating other than the iodine-containing layer is an iodine-free layer,
