Abstract
Various embodiments include an insulator arrangement for a high-voltage or medium-voltage assembly comprising an axially symmetrical insulating structure element having two annular base regions separated from one another by an annular blocking region. The relative permittivity of the material of the blocking region is at least twice as high as the relative permittivity of the material of the base region.
Claims18
An insulator arrangement for a high-voltage or medium-voltage assembly, the insulator arrangement comprising:
- an axially symmetrical insulating structure element having two annular base regions separated from one another by an annular blocking region;
- wherein a first relative permittivity of a first material of the blocking region is at least twice as high as a second relative permittivity of a second material of the two base regions;
- wherein a length of the blocking region measured along an axis of symmetry is between 0.1 mm and 5 mm.
An insulator arrangement for a high-voltage or medium-voltage assembly, the insulator arrangement comprising:
- an axially symmetrical insulating structure element having two annular base regions separated from one another by an annular blocking region;
- wherein a first relative permittivity of a first material of the blocking region is at least twice as high as a second relative permittivity of a second material of the two base regions;
- wherein a ratio of a length of a respective base region to a length of the blocking region is between 10 and 100.
