A semiconductor device comprising:

• a plurality of logic circuit parts, each of the plurality of logic circuit parts comprising a plurality of logic circuits;
• and
• a storage circuit including a plurality of first transistors and a plurality of capacitors,
• wherein a channel formation region of each of the plurality of first transistors comprises an oxide semiconductor,
• wherein one of a source electrode and a drain electrode of one of the plurality of first transistors is electrically connected to a first electrode of one of the plurality of capacitors,
• wherein the storage circuit is configured to maintain data after supply of power supply voltage to the semiconductor device is stopped,
• wherein the semiconductor device is configured to change a connection relation between the plurality of logic circuit parts in accordance with the data,
• wherein the semiconductor device is configured to change circuit configurations of the plurality of logic circuits in each of the plurality of logic circuit parts in accordance with the data, and
• wherein the semiconductor device is configured to stop supply of the power supply voltage stops to at least one of an unused logic circuit part and an unused logic circuit.
