Abstract
A system for improving a query response includes an interface and a processor. The interface is configured to receive a query. The processor is configured to determine a categorization for the query using a model. The categorization is associated with a confidence value. The processor is configured to determine whether the confidence value is above a first threshold and, in response to the confidence value being above the first threshold, modify the query response based at least in part on the categorization.
Claims17
A system for improving a query response, comprising:
- an interface configured to:
- receive a query associated with a tenant user of a tenant system;
- and
- a processor configured to:
- determine a categorization for the query using a categorization model,
- wherein the categorization is associated with a confidence value;
- determine a first threshold for the characterization based at least in part on a set of tenant data associated with the tenant user, wherein the set of tenant data associated with the tenant user comprises known characterizations;
- determine whether the confidence value is above the first threshold;
- and
- in response to the confidence value being above the first threshold,
- modify the query response based at least in part on the categorization;
- a memory coupled to the processor and configured to provide the processor with instructions.
A method for improving a query response, comprising:
- receiving a query associated with a tenant user of a tenant system;
- determining, using a processor, a categorization for the query using a categorization model,
- wherein the categorization is associated with a confidence value;
- determining a first threshold for the characterization based at least in part on a set of tenant data associated with the tenant user, wherein the set of tenant data associated with the tenant user comprises know characterizations;
- determining whether the confidence value is above the first threshold;
- and
- in response to the confidence value being above the first threshold,
- modifying the query response based at least in part on the categorization.
A computer program product for improving a query response, the computer program product being embodied in a non-transitory computer readable storage medium and comprising computer instructions for:
- receiving a query associated with a tenant user of a tenant system;
- determining a categorization for the query using a categorization model,
- wherein the categorization is associated with a confidence value;
- determining a first threshold for the characterization based at least in part on a set of tenant data associated with the tenant user, wherein the set of tenant data associated with the tenant user comprises know characterizations;
- determining whether the confidence value is above the first threshold;
- and
- in response to the confidence value being above the first threshold,
- modifying the query response based at least in part on the categorization.
