Display device

A semiconductor device comprising:

• an insulating substrate;
• a first metal layer on the insulating substrate;
• a first insulating layer on the insulating substrate and the first metal layer;
• a semiconductor layer on the first insulating layer;
• a second insulating layer on the semiconductor layer and the first insulating layer;
• a second metal layer on the second insulating layer;
• and
• a third insulating layer on the first insulating layer and the second metal layer;
• a first electrode and a second electrode which are electrically connected to the semiconductor layer, wherein
• a contact hole penetrates the first insulating layer and the third insulating layer and expose a top surface of the first metal layer and a top surface and a side surface of the second metal layer,
• a third metal layer is disposed in the contact hole and electrically connects the first metal layer and the second metal layer,
• the first metal layer overlaps the second metal layer in plan view,
• the third metal layer contacts the top and side surfaces of the second metal layer and the top surface of the first metal layer.
