Abstract
A thin-plate-typed rotating module includes a rotating element, a driving unit and a base board. The rotating element is rotatable about a first axial direction and a second axial direction in a limited degree. The driving unit connects the rotating element for driving the rotating element to rotate about the first and second axial directions. The base board is furnished with a control module which is connected with the driving unit for controlling the driving unit to operate.
Claims7
A rotating module, defined with an orthogonal coordinate system having an X-axis, a Y-axis and a Z-axis and an optical path extending in the Z-axis, comprising:
- a rotating element, located on the optical path to perform at least a limited pivotal motion in a first axial direction;
- said rotating element being formed as a thin-plated spring complex further having an outer frame, an inner plate and a pivotal unit connected between said outer frame and said inner plate;
- the inner plate having a plane facing the optical path to define thereon the first axial direction and a second axial direction perpendicular to the first axial direction;
- the outer frame circling around a periphery of the inner plate in such a manner that, the inner plate is pivotal about the first axial direction relative to the outer frame by means of said pivotal unit;
- an optical path-adjusting element, located at the inner plate and on the optical path to reflect lights in the optical path for a purpose of adjusting a path of reflected lights;
- an inner carrier structure, engaging the inner plate in a co-moving manner in such a manner that said optical path-adjusting element being supported by said inner carrier structure by means of the inner plate;
- an outer carrier structure, fixed at the outer frame;
- said inner carrier structure being received within and connected with the outer carrier structure in a limited pivotal manner by means of the rotating element;
- a driving unit furnished between the inner carrier structure and the outer carrier structure;
- said driving unit comprising at least a first magnet and at least a first coil;
- one of the first magnet and the first coil being located at the inner carrier structure while another thereof being located at the outer carrier structure;
- the first coil being energized to cooperate with the first magnet in order to produce an electromagnetic force to push the inner carrier structure to undergo a limited pivotal motion in a first axial direction relative to the outer carrier structure;
- a spring complex, made of a conductive metallic material;
- said spring complex comprising a plurality of individual spring units;
- each said spring unit comprising an outer fixation end, an inner fixation end and a connection portion;
- two opposing connection ends of the connection portion being connected to the outer fixation end and the inner fixation end, respectively;
- the outer fixation end being connected with the outer carrier structure;
- the inner fixation end being connected with the inner carrier structure;
- and
- a control module, electrically connected with the driving unit via the spring units of the spring complex for controlling the driving unit to operate.
