Measurement method, and measuring chip and measuring kit used for the same

A measuring chip for measuring an amount of an analyte in a sample, the measuring chip comprising:

• a containing part for containing liquid;
• a first capture body immobilized on a detection area for detecting an analyte inside the containing part and having a recognition site that specifically binds to the analyte;
• and
• a second capture body immobilized on an area out of the detection area inside the containing part and having a recognition site that specifically binds to the analyte,
• wherein the measurement chip is configured such that:
• the amount of the analyte capable of binding to the first capture body is reduced by binding a second capture body having a recognition site that specifically binds to the analyte to a part of the analyte in the sample before the binding,
• wherein the reducing includes mixing the second capture body with the sample before being provided to the containing part.

A measuring kit comprising:

• a measuring chip which includes a containing part for containing liquid, and a first capture body which is immobilized on a detection area for detecting an analyte inside the containing part and has a recognition site that specifically binds to the analyte;
• and
• a reagent including a second capture body having a recognition site that specifically binds to a site where the first capture body is to bind in the analyte,
• wherein the measuring chip is configured such that:
• an amount of the analyte capable of binding to the first capture body is reduced by binding the second capture body having the recognition site that specifically binds to the analyte to a part of the analyte in a sample in parallel with the binding or before the binding, and
• the reducing includes mixing the second capture body with the sample before being provided to the containing part.
