Abstract
A device comprises a thermal reservoir, a light emitting diode (LED), a heat sink connecting the LED to the thermal reservoir and an insulating layer arranged on the thermal reservoir, the insulating layer including an orifice arranged over the LED such that light from the LED passes through the orifice in the insulating layer.

- a thermal reservoir;
- a light emitting diode (LED);
- a heat sink connecting the LED to the thermal reservoir;
- an insulating layer arranged on the thermal reservoir, the insulating layer including an orifice arranged over the LED such that light from the LED passes through the orifice in the insulating layer;
- and
- a front layer arranged on the insulating layer, the front layer having a mesh portion arranged over the orifice.
