Disclosed is a genome stability enhancer comprising, as an active ingredient, at least one member selected from the group consisting of enzyme-treated royal jelly, gnetum or its extract, and gnetin C.

A method for enhancing genome stability, comprising the step of administering an effective amount of at least one member selected from the group consisting of enzyme-treated royal jelly, gnetum or its extract, and gnetin C to a mammal in need thereof.
