Gait-based biometric data analysis system

A system for determining a change in a user's condition, the system comprising:

• a single insole configured to be worn by a user, said insole having a plurality of sensors for gathering gait-based pressure data and having at least one processor;
• at least one database for storing said gait-based pressure data;
• and
• a server connected to said at least one database and remote from said insole,
• wherein said server determines at least one characteristic loop and a signature characteristic loop based on said gait-based pressure data and calculates:
• geometric parameters of said at least one characteristic loop;
• geometric parameters of said signature characteristic loop;
• a difference between a first geometric parameter calculated from said at least one characteristic loop and a second geometric parameter calculated from said signature characteristic loop,
• wherein said server compares said difference with predetermined limits to determine if a change has occurred in said user's condition,
• and wherein said characteristic loop determined by said server is a loop formed when said data point pairs are plotted such that data points from said first sensor are on one axis and data points from said second sensor are on another axis.
