Abstract
The present invention relates to isolated polypeptides having lipase activity and polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides. The invention also relates to nucleic acid constructs, vectors, and host cells comprising the polynucleotides as well as methods of producing and using the polypeptides.

A method for cleaning, comprising:
- contacting a textile or hard surface with a composition comprising an isolated polypeptide having lipase activity and at least 94% sequence identity to the sequence of amino acid 1 to 292 of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 2, and one or more anionic surfactants.
