Abstract
The invention relates to stable, isotopically labeled compounds for use in mass spectrometry analysis for quantifying methotrexate in a sample. Exemplary compounds include isotopically labeled variants of methotrexate.
Claims14
A compound having the structure:
- or a salt thereof;
- wherein each of Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Y5, Y6, Y7, Y8, Y9, Y10, Y11, Y12, Y13, and Y14 is independently selected from carbon or carbon-13;
- and
- wherein at least 5 of Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Y5, Y6, Y7, Y8, Y9, Y10, Y11, Y12, Y13, and Y14 are carbon-13.
