Abstract
The present specification relates to a whitening composition including a novel compound isolated from a post-fermented tea, an isomer thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a hydrate thereof, or a solvate thereof, and may be widely used in various areas related to skin whitening and skin care.
Claims16
A method for skin whitening comprising administering a compound of following Formula 1, an optical isomer thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a hydrate thereof, a solvate thereof, or a post-fermented tea extract comprising the same to a subject in need thereof:
- (In Formula 1 above, R1 is C15H9O6, R2 is C6H11O5, and R3 is C9H7O2).
