Abstract
The present invention relates to organic electronic devices. The devices can include a first electrode, a second electrode, and a substantially organic layer. The substantially organic layer may include a lithium-containing compound, and may be arranged between the first and the second electrode. Also provided herein are organic light emitting diodes, organic solar cells, and organic field effect transistors that include the lithium-containing compound.
Claims17
An organic electronic device comprising a first electrode, a second electrode, and a substantially organic layer arranged between the first and the second electrode, wherein the substantially organic layer comprises a compound according to formula (I):
- wherein A1 is a pyridine-diyl, and each of A2 and A3 is independently selected from a C6-C30 aryl or a C2-C30 heteroaryl comprising at least one atom selected from O, S, or N in an aromatic ring.
A compound according to formula (I):
- wherein A1 is a pyridine-diyl, and each of A2 and A3 is independently selected from a C6-C30 aryl or a C2-C30 heteroaryl comprising at least one atom selected from O, S, or N in an aromatic ring.
An organic electronic device comprising a first electrode, a second electrode, and a substantially organic layer arranged between the first and the second electrode, wherein the substantially organic layer comprises a compound according to formula (I):
- wherein A1 is a C6-C30 arylene or C6-C30 heteroarylene, each of A2 and A3 is independently selected from a C6-C30 aryl or a C2-C30 heteroaryl comprising at least one atom selected from O, S, or N in an aromatic ring, and at least one of A2 and A3 is the C2-C30 heteroaryl comprising at least one atom selected from O, S, or N in an aromatic ring.
A compound according to formula (I):
- wherein A1 is a C6-C30 arylene or C6-C30 heteroarylene, each of A2 and A3 is independently selected from a C6-C30 aryl or a C2-C30 heteroaryl comprising at least one atom selected from O, S, or N in an aromatic ring, and at least one of A2 and A3 is the C2-C30 heteroaryl comprising at least one atom selected from O, S, or N in an aromatic ring.
