### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one block comprises a given spatial block which is located in a same picture as that contains the current video block.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one block comprises a last spatial block among multiple spatial blocks checked in an order where the multiple spatial blocks are located in a same picture as that contains the current video block.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the motion candidate list is motion vector prediction list.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

The method of claim 5, further comprising adding a motion vector of the at least one motion candidate of the table into the motion vector prediction list.

### Claim 7 (depends on 5)

The method of claim 5, wherein checking the at least one motion candidate of the table comprising checking reference picture information of the motion candidate.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the motion candidate list is a merge candidate list.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The method of claim 8, further comprising adding the at least one motion candidate of the table to the merge candidate list.

### Claim 10 (depends on 9)

The method of claim 9, wherein the at least one motion candidate of the table is checked before checking other merge candidates related to a spatial block or temporal block.

### Claim 11 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein a motion vector of the at least one motion candidate of the table or the at least one motion candidate is added into the motion candidate list after all of at least one motion candidate derived from the at least one block.

### Claim 12 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein a position of the at least one block is different for different objects to be coded.

### Claim 13 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein if at least one condition is satisfied, at least one motion candidate of the table is checked, wherein the at least one condition is based on at least one of: a current number of motion candidates in the motion candidate list after checking the at least one block, or a current number of motion candidates in the table.
