## Abstract

A light-emitting device includes a carrier, a light-emitting unit disposed on the carrier, a reflective element arranged on the light-emitting unit, and an optical element arranged on the carrier and surrounding the light-emitting unit.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A light-emitting device, comprising:
a carrier comprising a mirror reflection surface and a bottom surface opposite to the mirror reflection surface;
a light-emitting unit on the mirror reflection surface;
a reflective layer on the light-emitting unit and having a top surface and a side surface; and
a first optical structure surrounding the light-emitting unit and the reflective layer,
wherein the first optical structure comprises a topmost end higher than the light-emitting unit and lower than the top surface.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The light-emitting device according to claim 1, further comprising a second optical structure on and directly connected to the light-emitting unit.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The light-emitting device according to claim 2, wherein the first optical structure has a refractive index different from that of the second optical structure.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The light-emitting device according to claim 1, wherein the first optical structure is directly connected to the side surface.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The light-emitting device according to claim 1, wherein the first optical structure comprises a protruded surface.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The light-emitting device according to claim 1, further comprising an electrode on the bottom surface.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The light-emitting device according to claim 1, further comprising an angle smaller than 90° formed between the first optical structure and the mirror reflection surface.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The light-emitting device according to claim 1, wherein the first optical structure is formed on the carrier symmetrically.

### Claim 9 (depends on 1)

The light-emitting device according to claim 1, further comprising a virtual center line passing through the light-emitting device, and a light intensity of the light-emitting device having a distribution being substantially symmetrical with the virtual center line.

### Claim 10 (depends on 9)

The light-emitting device according to claim 9, wherein the light intensity of light-emitting device has a maximum value on two sides within an angle range between 40° and 60° with respect to the virtual center line.

### Claim 11

A light-emitting device, comprising:
a carrier comprising a mirror reflection surface and a bottom surface opposite to the mirror reflection surface;
a light-emitting unit on the mirror reflection surface;
a reflective layer on the light-emitting unit and having a top surface and a side surface;
a first optical structure surrounding the light-emitting unit and the reflective layer; and
a virtual center line passing through the light-emitting device,
wherein a light intensity of the light-emitting device has a distribution being substantially symmetrical with the virtual center line, and
wherein the light intensity of light-emitting device has a maximum value on two sides within an angle range between 40° and 60° with respect to the virtual center line.

### Claim 12 (depends on 11)

The light-emitting device according to claim 11, further comprising a second optical structure on and directly connected to the light-emitting unit.

### Claim 13 (depends on 12)

The light-emitting device according to claim 12, wherein the first optical structure has a refractive index different from that of the second optical structure.

### Claim 14 (depends on 11)

The light-emitting device according to claim 11, wherein the first optical structure is directly connected to the side surface.

### Claim 15 (depends on 11)

The light-emitting device according to claim 11, wherein the first optical structure comprises a protruded surface.

### Claim 16 (depends on 11)

The light-emitting device according to claim 11, further comprising an electrode on the bottom surface.

### Claim 17 (depends on 11)

The light-emitting device according to claim 11, further comprising an angle smaller than 90° formed between the first optical structure and the mirror reflection surface.

### Claim 18 (depends on 11)

The light-emitting device according to claim 11, wherein the first optical structure is formed on the carrier symmetrically.
