wherein
wherein
R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 are independently of each other H, OH or OCH3, wherein at least one of said R5, R6 and R7 is not H.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein R2, R3 and R4 are each H.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein said at least one compound of formula (II) is 2 (p-coumaryl cinnamate):

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein said at least one compound of formula (II) is present as a constituent of a plant extract.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

The method according to claim 4, wherein said at least one plant extract is an extract from a plant of the family of Styracaceae.

### Claim 6 (depends on 4)

The method according to claim 4, wherein said at least one plant extract is an extract from a plant of the genus Styrax, and wherein said plant of the genus Styrax is selected from the species Styrax tonkinensis, Styrax benzoin, Styrax paralleloneurum, Styrax hypoglauca and Styrax cascarifolia or a subspecies or variety thereof.

### Claim 7 (depends on 4)

The method according to claim 4, wherein said at least one plant extract is an extract of a resin of said plant.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein the fungal infection is caused by a plant fungal pathogen selected from the group consisting of (i) oomycetes, (ii) ascomycetes and (iii) basidiomycetes.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The method according to claim 8, wherein said fungal infection is a fungal infection of a crop selected from a fruit crop or a vegetable.

### Claim 10 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein said composition is in a formulation, wherein said formulation is selected from a wettable powder, an emulsifiable concentrate, a water-dispersible granule, an emulsifiable granule, a microemulsion concentrate, an oil-in-water or water-in-oil emulsion, a suspo-emulsion and a capsule suspension.

### Claim 11 (depends on 1)

The method according to claim 1, wherein at most two of R5, R6 and R7 are independently of each other OH or OCH3.

### Claim 12 (depends on 4)

The method according to claim 4, wherein said at least one plant extract is an extract of a resin of Siam benzoin or Sumatra benzoin.

### Claim 13 (depends on 5)

The method according to claim 5, wherein said at least one plant extract is an extract of Styrax tonkinensis, Styrax benzoin, Styrax paralleloneurum.

### Claim 14
