The viscosity modifier is an olefin copolymer and may be utilized in a neat or in an oil-extended form. Use of the olefin copolymer viscosity modifier can improve both high and low temperature E′ of the rubber composition. ## Claims ### Claim 1 A tire rubber composition comprising: a. 100 parts of at least one rubber; b. at least 5 phr of at least one olefin copolymer viscosity modifier having a Mn of 2,000 to 10,000 grams/mole; c. at least one reinforcing filler in an amount of 5 to 200 phr; and d. a cure package. ### Claim 2 (depends on 1) The tire rubber composition of claim 1, wherein the at least one reinforcing filler comprises at least 50 phr of silica filler which is present in a majority amount by weight of the total amount of reinforcing filler and carbon black which is present in a minority amount by weight of the total amount of reinforcing filler. ### Claim 3 (depends on 2) The tire rubber composition of claim 2, wherein the silica filler has a BET surface area of 100 to 400 m2/g. ### Claim 4 (depends on 2) The tire rubber composition of claim 2, wherein the silica filler has a BET surface area of 100 to 220 m2/g. ### Claim 5 (depends on 2) The tire rubber composition of claim 2, wherein the silica filler has a BET surface area of 220 to 400 m2/g. ### Claim 6 (depends on 1) The tire rubber composition of claim 1, wherein at least a majority by weight of the at least one rubber comprises natural rubber. ### Claim 7 (depends on 1) The tire rubber composition of claim 1, wherein at least a majority by weight of the at least one rubber comprises polyisoprene. ### Claim 8 (depends on 1) The tire rubber composition of claim 1, wherein at least a majority by weight of the at least one rubber comprises polybutadiene. ### Claim 9 (depends on 1) The tire rubber composition of claim 1, wherein at least a majority by weight of the at least one rubber comprises styrene-butadiene copolymer. ### Claim 10 (depends on 9) The tire rubber composition of claim 9, wherein the styrene-butadiene copolymer is functionalized with a silica-reactive functional group. ### Claim 11 (depends on 8) The tire rubber composition of claim 8, wherein the polybutadiene has a cis-1,4-bond content of at least 92%. ### Claim 12 A tire rubber composition comprising: a. 100 parts of at least one rubber; b. at least 5 phr of at least one olefin copolymer viscosity modifier having a Mn of 2,000 to 10,000 grams/mole; c. 50 to 200 phr of reinforcing filler comprising a majority amount by weight of silica and a minority amount by weight of carbon black; and d. a cure package. ### Claim 13 (depends on 12) The tire rubber composition of claim 12, wherein the silica filler has a BET surface area of 100 to 220 m2/g. ### Claim 14 (depends on 12) The tire rubber composition of claim 12, wherein the silica filler has a BET surface area of 220 to 400 m2/g. ### Claim 15 (depends on 12) The tire rubber composition of claim 12, wherein at least a majority by weight of the at least one rubber comprises natural rubber. ### Claim 16 (depends on 12) The tire rubber composition of claim 12, wherein at least a majority by weight of the at least one rubber comprises polyisoprene. ### Claim 17 (depends on 12) The tire rubber composition of claim 12, wherein at least a majority by weight of the at least one rubber comprises polybutadiene. ### Claim 18 (depends on 12) The tire rubber composition of claim 12, wherein at least a majority by weight of the at least one rubber comprises styrene-butadiene copolymer. ### Claim 19 (depends on 18) The tire rubber composition of claim 18, wherein the styrene-butadiene copolymer is functionalized with a silica-reactive functional group. ### Claim 20 (depends on 17) The tire rubber composition of claim 17, wherein the polybutadiene has a cis-1,4-bond content of at least 92%. ### Claim 21 (depends on 1) A tire comprising a tire tread comprising the tire rubber composition of claim 1. ### Claim 22 (depends on 12) A tire comprising a tire tread comprising the tire rubber composition of claim 12.
