Distributed unit configuration update

A method comprising:

• receiving, by a base station distributed unit from a base station central unit, a first message for a first wireless device, wherein the first message comprising first cell configuration parameters of a cell using an unlicensed spectrum, wherein the first cell configuration parameters comprise:
• a cell identifier of the cell;
• and
• a listen-before-talk configuration parameter;
• sending, by the base station distributed unit, the first message to the first wireless device;
• sending, by the base station distributed unit to the base station central unit, a second message comprising resource status information of the cell, wherein the resource status information comprises information of failure of performing at least one listen-before-talk procedure of the cell;
• receiving, by the base station distributed unit from the base station central unit, a third message based on the second message and for a second wireless device, the third message comprising second cell configuration parameters of the cell;
• and
• sending, by the base station distributed unit, the second message to the second wireless device.

A system comprising:

• a base station central unit comprising:
• one or more processors;
• and memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the base station central unit to:
• send, to a first wireless device via a base station distributed unit, a first message comprising first cell configuration parameters of a cell using an unlicensed spectrum, wherein the first cell configuration parameters comprise:
• a cell identifier of the cell;
• and
• a listen-before-talk configuration parameter;
• receive, from the base station distributed unit, a second message comprising resource status information of the cell, wherein the resource status information comprises information of failure of performing at least one listen-before-talk procedure of the cell;
• and
• send, to a second wireless device and based on the second message, a third message comprising second cell configuration parameters of the cell;
• and
• a base station distributed unit comprising:
• one or more processors;
• and memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the base station distributed unit to:
• receive the first message from a base station central unit;
• send the first message to the first wireless device;
• send, to the base station central unit, the second message comprising the resource status information of the cell;
• receive the third message from the base station central unit;
• and
• send the second message to the second wireless device.
