Self-healing charging device

A method comprising:

• receiving, by one or more computing devices over a network, performance data associated with one or more user devices;
• receiving, by the one or more computing devices over the network, user device performance data associated with a particular user device;
• analyzing, by the one or more computing devices, the user device performance data based at least in part on a comparison of the user device performance data against the performance data;
• determining, by the one or more computing devices, a recommendation for remedying or preventing a degradation in a performance of the particular user device based on the analyzing;
• and
• sending, by the one or more computing devices over the network, the recommendation to a charging device that is charging the particular user device.

One or more computing devices, comprising:

• one or more processors;
• a communication component configured to communicate over a network with at least one of one or more charging devices and one or more user devices;
• and
• memory storing computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more computing devices to perform operations comprising:
• receiving, over the network, performance data associated with the one or more user devices;
• receiving, over the network, user device performance data associated with a particular user device;
• analyzing the user device performance data based at least in part on a comparison of the user device performance data against the performance data;
• determining a recommendation for remedying or preventing a degradation in performance of the particular user device based on the analyzing;
• and
• sending, over the network, the recommendation to one of the one or more charging devices that is charging the particular user device.
