Organic light emitting display device

An organic light emitting display (“OLED”) device, comprising:

• a display panel comprising a display region that comprises a light emitting region and a peripheral region around the light emitting region, a pad region spaced from the display region, and a bending region between the display region and the pad region;
• and
• a touch screen on the display panel, the touch screen comprising:
• a plurality of touch screen electrodes in the display region;
• and
• an organic insulation structure covering the plurality of touch screen electrodes in the display region and extending in a first direction from the display region into the bending region and the pad region,
• wherein the display panel further comprises:
• a connection electrode in the bending region;
• a planarization layer on the connection electrode;
• and
• a pixel defining layer on the planarization layer, and
• wherein the planarization layer and the pixel defining layer are disposed between the organic insulation structure and the connection electrode in the bending region.
