A composition comprising mipomersen and least about 80%, by weight, of all fatty acids present, eicosapentaenoic acid and/or derivative thereof.
A method of treating cardiovascular disease in a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject a composition comprising mipomersen and a composition comprising at least about 80%, by weight, of all fatty acids present, eicosapentaenoic acid and/or derivative thereof.
A method of reducing triglycerides in a hypertriglyceridemic subject on mipomersen therapy, the method comprising administering to the subject a composition comprising at least about 80%, by weight, of all fatty acids present, eicosapentaenoic acid and/or derivative thereof.
