Abstract
The present invention relates to compositions and methods for treating diseases, disorders or conditions associated with the expression of the Glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked GDNF family α-receptor 4 (GFRα4).
Claims32
A nucleic acid molecule encoding a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), wherein the CAR comprises an antigen binding domain, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular signaling domain, wherein the antigen binding domain comprises:
- a heavy chain variable region having heavy chain complementarity determining regions (HC CDRs) 1, 2, and 3 comprising the amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 63, 65, and 67;
- and
- a light chain variable region having light chain complementarity determining regions (LC CDRs) 1, 2, and 3 comprising the amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs:
- 71, 73, and 75,
- wherein the antigen binding domain binds to isoform a or isoform b of human Glycosyl-phosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked GDNF family α-receptor 4 (GFRα4) cell-surface receptor.
