A compound having the structure of Formula (II) or Formula (III) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, pharmaceutically acceptable solvate, or hydrate thereof:
- wherein:
- Y is
- X is —O— or —N(R3)—;
- R1 and R2 are independently selected from hydrogen, unsubstituted or substituted C1-6alkyl, unsubstituted or substituted C3-8cycloalkyl, —C(═O)OR4, and —C(═O)NR3R4;
- R3 and R4 are each independently selected from hydrogen, unsubstituted or substituted C1-6alkyl, and unsubstituted or substituted C3-8cycloalkyl;
- m is 0 or 1;
- n is 0 or 1;
- wherein when m is 0, then n is 1.
