Centrifugal projector

A centrifugal projector for projection shot blast materials toward a target work, comprising:

• a pair of opposing side plates configured to rotate around a rotational axis by a rotary shaft, the pair of side plates having a cylindrical cavity inside thereof around the rotational axis;
• a plurality of blades sequentially arranged in a rotational direction and attached between the pair of side plates for ration along with rotation of the pair of side plates;
• a control cage placed in the cylindrical cavity in coaxial with the pair of side plates, the control cage being placed stationary with respect to the pair of side plates;
• and
• a distributor placed inside the control cage in coaxial with the control cage for rotation around the rotational axis along with rotation of the pair of side plates, the distributor configured to receive the shot blast materials inside and operable to mix and deliver the received shot blast materials to inside the control cage by means of centrifugal force,
• wherein the control cage comprises a cylindrical circumferential surface extending in an axial direction and having a single opening window formed therein, through which the shot blast materials delivered inside the control cage are allowed to flow out from the control cage into between the plurality of blades, wherein the single opening window is integrally formed with at least two rectangular openings, respectively extending along a circumference direction of the control cage and wherein a first one of the at least two rectangular openings is positioned offset along both of an axial direction and a circumferential direction of the control cage relative to a second one of the at last two rectangular openings, and
• wherein the at least two rectangular openings are spaced apart along the axial direction of the control cage and connected by a third opening having oblique straight lines defining at least two edges of the third opening so as to provide the single opening window.

A centrifugal projector for projection shot blast materials toward a target work, comprising:

• a pair of opposing side plates configured to rotate around a rotational axis by a rotary shaft, the pair of side plates having a cylindrical cavity inside thereof around the rotational axis;
• a plurality of blades sequentially arranged in a rotational direction and attached between the pair of side plates for ration along with rotation of the pair of side plates;
• a control cage placed in the cylindrical cavity in coaxial with the pair of side plates, the control cage being placed stationary with respect to the pair of side plates;
• and
• a distributor placed inside the control cage in coaxial with the control cage for rotation around the rotational axis along with rotation of the pair of side plates, the distributor configured to receive the shot blast materials inside and operable to mix and deliver the received shot blast materials to inside the control cage by means of centrifugal force,
• wherein the control cage comprises a cylindrical circumferential surface extending in an axial direction and having a single opening window formed therein, through which the shot blast materials delivered inside the control cage are allowed to flow out from the control cage into between the plurality of blades, wherein the single opening window is integrally formed with at least two rectangular openings, respectively extending along a circumference direction of the control cage and wherein a first one of the at least two rectangular openings is positioned offset along both of an axial direction and a circumferential direction of the control cage relative to a second one of the at last two rectangular openings, and
• wherein the at least two rectangular openings are spaced apart along the axial direction of the control cage and connected by a third opening having stepwise lines defining at least two edges of the third opening so as to provide the single opening window.
