Micro light emitting diode device

A micro light emitting diode device, comprising:

• a circuit substrate;
• a plurality of epitaxial structures, disposed on the circuit substrate and separated from each other;
• a plurality of first pads, respectively disposed on the epitaxial structures, and each of the epitaxial structures is electrically bonded to the circuit substrate via the corresponding first pad;
• and
• a plurality of connection portions, respectively and correspondingly disposed on the epitaxial structures, wherein the connection portions and the circuit substrate are respectively located on two opposite sides of the epitaxial structures, and the epitaxial structures and the circuit substrate are respectively located on two opposite sides of the first pads, a side edge of each of the connection portions protrudes from a side wall surface of the corresponding epitaxial structure, and each of the connection portions directly contact the corresponding epitaxial structure,
• wherein a material of the connection portions comprises a semiconductor material.
