Abstract
A carbonated beverage apparatus includes a freezing cylinder for receiving a mixture, and a stirring pusher disposed inside the freezing cylinder for pushing and mixing the mixture from an inlet of the freezing cylinder to an outlet thereof in a spiral manner, wherein the mixture is removed from the inner wall of the freezing cylinder radially back into a center portion of the freezing cylinder by the stirring pusher.
Claims14
A carbonated beverage apparatus, comprising:
- a freezing cylinder, which comprises an inner wall, an inlet and an outlet, arranged for receiving a mixture;
- and
- a stirring pusher disposed inside said freezing cylinder for pushing and mixing the mixture from said inlet to said outlet, wherein said stirring pusher comprises:
- a beater device comprising a supporting frame, a helical paddle coupled at said supporting frame, and a holder coupled at said supporting frame, wherein said supporting frame has a driven end arranged for coupling to a driving axis of a motor, wherein said holder is spacedly apart from said driven end of said supporting frame so as to be independent and separated from said driven end of said supporting frame;
- and
- a baffle, which is positioned within and supported by said beater device, having a first end received in said freezing cylinder and a second end held by said holder for indirectly connecting to the driving axis of the motor, wherein said baffle is stationary when said beater device is driven to rotate.
