Abstract
Stable crystalline Form I and Form II of compound (I) and methods for preparation thereof are provided, which present advantages in storage, formulation, shipment and handling for commercial considerations.

A crystalline Form I of compound (I), characterized by having an X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) pattern comprising its six strongest characteristic peaks at the following 2θ reflection angles:
- 4.5±0.2°, 8.3±0.2°, 11.6±0.2°, 18.1±0.2°, 20.0±0.2°, and 21.3±0.2°
A crystalline Form II of compound (I), characterized by having an XRPD pattern comprising its six strongest characteristic peaks at the following 2θ reflection angles:
- 4.5±0.2°, 8.3±0.2°, 11.7±0.2°, 16.6±0.2°, 18.2±0.20, and 25.8±0.2°.
